My CRM Pricing is a free tool for building comparison tables, run by GHL MegaMinds. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to themefisher.dev@gmail.com.
What we collect
- An anonymous account the moment you start building, so your work is saved. It is a random ID and a session cookie — no name or email.
- What you build: your SaaS name, colours, logo link, plans and prices, and your tables.
- Your email address when you give it before publishing, exporting or embedding, and whether you asked for tips emails.
- How the tool is used: which steps you complete, such as starting, publishing, exporting or copying an embed code. We use this to see where the tool helps and where people get stuck.
- Embedded tables: when a published table is shown on another website, we record that website’s address and the viewer’s country as reported by our host. We do not record who the viewer is.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. We also use IP addresses briefly to limit repeated requests.
Why we use it
- To run the tool: save your work, keep you signed in and show your published tables.
- To send the sign-in links you ask for.
- To send occasional tips on selling your SaaS — only if you ticked the box, and you can stop any time.
- To understand how the tool is used and improve it.
- To contact you about your account, or about our own services if you have used the tool.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only what the tool needs: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a setting in your browser that remembers light or dark mode. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Published tables and embeds set no cookies for their viewers.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Neon stores the database.
- Google (Gmail) delivers our emails.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Anonymous accounts that never built a table and never gave an email are deleted after 30 days.
- Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days of not being used.
- Everything else is kept while you use the tool, until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- Turn tips emails off with the link in any tips email, or under Email preferences on your dashboard.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account and tables by writing to themefisher.dev@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
Children
My CRM Pricing is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell you by email first if the change is significant.
