These terms apply when you use My CRM Pricing, a free tool run by GHL MegaMinds (“we”). By building, publishing, exporting or embedding a table you agree to them. How we handle your information is in our privacy policy.
The service
My CRM Pricing lets you build a table comparing your software with the tools it replaces, then share it, export it as an image or embed it on your own website. It is free, and we may change, pause or stop any part of it.
Your account
Your work is saved to an account tied to your browser and, once you give it, your email address. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can open your sign-in links can edit your tables.
Your content
You own what you put into My CRM Pricing. You give us permission to store it, show it back to you, and display your published tables wherever you share or embed them. You must have the right to use any logo or name you add as your own brand.
Accuracy of your tables
You are responsible for everything your published tables say. The starting prices in our templates are estimates to help you begin, not verified quotes. Check each competitor’s current pricing before you publish, and keep your claims fair and up to date. Competitor names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to compare products.
Acceptable use
- Do not publish tables that are false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful.
- Do not use the tool to send spam, or to harm or overload the service.
- Do not try to reach other people’s accounts or data.
We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
No affiliation with HighLevel
My CRM Pricing is independent. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by HighLevel or any company whose name or logo appears in a table.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that your tables will produce any business result.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of My CRM Pricing. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to zero.
Ending
You can stop using My CRM Pricing at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to themefisher.dev@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use My CRM Pricing after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and its courts handle any dispute about them.
